High Energy Astrophysics studies processes in the hot and violent sectors of the universe. This science probes hot gas swirling around black holes, radiation from neutron stars and supernova remnants, and the environments of galactic clusters—the most massive objects in the universe. Through immersive visualizations and real images, this show presents what we’ve discovered about the most hot and energetic residents of the cosmos and introduces the cutting-edge tools that astronomers use to learn more.
